Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want cancelling to be simple and fair. You can cancel or reschedule from your booking page, or contact us.
Quick readings (One Question Reading, Clarity Mini)
- Cancel any time before Binaca starts your reading for a full refund.
- Once a reading has been delivered it can't be refunded.
- If we miss the promised delivery time, you may choose a full refund.
Private sessions (Deep Clarity Session, Life Crossroads)
- Reschedule free up to 12 hours before your session (up to 2 times).
- Cancel 24+ hours before for a full refund.
- Within 24 hours: you may reschedule once, or request a 50% refund at the team's discretion.
- No-show without notice: no refund. If we can't reach you within the first 10 minutes, the session counts as missed.
- If Binaca needs to reschedule, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
Support plans (30-Day, 90-Day, 365-Day)
- Full refund if cancelled before your first session.
- During the first half of the plan: unused value is refunded pro-rata, with ₹699 deducted for each session already used.
- After the first half: no refund, but unused sessions remain available until the plan ends.
- Each session can be rescheduled free up to 12 hours before.
- Unused sessions and messages expire when the plan ends.
Upgrade credit and promo codes
Codes have no cash value and can't be refunded. If you cancel a booking that used a code, the discounted amount is not refunded.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you within 5–7 working days after processing.
