Use Help Me Choose — four quick questions and you'll get one recommendation with the reason, the exact price and what's included. You can also ask our assistant or message us on WhatsApp.
It's our introductory price for first-time customers so you can experience a reading before committing to more. It's one per person; after that the reading is ₹99.
After a One Question Reading or Clarity Mini is delivered, you receive a personal code worth the amount you paid, usable on any private session or support plan within 7 days. It's optional and simply expires if unused.
You'll get an email or WhatsApp notification (no reading content in the message). Your reading opens securely on your booking page.
By phone call, WhatsApp call or Google Meet — you choose while booking. For Meet, the link appears on your booking page before the session.
No. Every plan states exactly how many sessions and follow-up messages are included, and messages are answered within 24 working hours (Mon–Sat).
Yes — free up to 12 hours before, up to two times, from your booking page.
Quick readings: full refund before Binaca starts. Sessions: full refund 24+ hours before. Plans: full refund before your first session; pro-rata in the first half of the plan. Full details are on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
