Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms form an agreement between you and Manisha Enterprise. By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms.
Nature of the service
Clarity Crystal provides tarot readings for personal reflection and guidance. Readings are interpretive. We do not guarantee any outcome — including relationships, marriage, pregnancy, employment, health, legal matters or financial results — and readings are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Bookings
- Each package lists its price, format, inclusions, response time, validity and cancellation terms. The version you book is the version that applies to you.
- Sessions are held by phone, WhatsApp call or Google Meet as chosen at booking. Please be available at the scheduled time.
- Follow-up messages are limited to the number stated in your package and are answered within the stated response time (working days, Mon–Sat).
- The first-reading price applies once per person.
Payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
Your conduct
Please be respectful. We may decline or end a session if a customer is abusive, or if a request is unsuitable for a reading (for example, requests to harm others, or medical or legal emergencies) — in which case we will refund unused value.
Safety
If you are in crisis or danger, please contact emergency services (112) or Tele-MANAS (14416). Tarot is not emergency help.
Intellectual property
Readings are for your personal use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned. You remain responsible for decisions you make.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered address have jurisdiction.
