Is an online tarot reading private? How we protect your questions

What we collect
Only what we need: your name, email, mobile number, your question and your booking details. You choose how much context to share.
How it's protected
- Encrypted at rest. Questions, readings and messages are encrypted with AES-256 before they're stored.
- No sensitive content in notifications. Emails and WhatsApp messages only say that something is ready — you open it on a secure page.
- Limited access. Only Binaca and authorised staff can see readings, and admin actions are logged.
- Payments by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password.
How long we keep it
Reading content is deleted automatically 180 days after completion. You can ask for earlier deletion, or delete your account, from your account page.
Marketing
We send marketing only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
